Low cancer awareness is one of the reasons for increasing cancer deaths in Nigeria and Africa. Hence, we have been engrossed in providing creative, innovative and energetic cancer awareness to women and men in the hard-to-reach communities through the following:

–  Cancer Awareness Materials in Nigerian languages: Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba and Pidgin in English. In partnership with Susan G. Komen, we are translating Breast Self Awareness Materials.

Project PINK BLUE is a cancer awareness, advocacy, and patient support organization dedicated to providing education, screening programs, patient support, conducting research, and policy advocacy to reduce the burden of cancer in Nigeria and beyond.

We are based in Nigeria, but our programs have national and international impact through partnerships, outreach initiatives, and advocacy campaigns.

Patients can apply through our Patient Support Program by submitting a request via our website or contacting our helpline. Funds are limited and provided based on need and availability.

Yes! We organize free and subsidized cancer screenings for breast, cervical, and prostate cancer as part of our community outreach programs. Follow us on social media for updates on screening events.

HPV (Human Papillomavirus) is a leading cause of cervical, anal, and oropharyngeal cancers. Awareness and vaccination can prevent most HPV-related cancers.

Obesity is linked to an increased risk of breast, colorectal, liver, and pancreatic cancers due to inflammation, hormone imbalances, and metabolic changes.
