Advocacy

Project PINK BLUE is on a journey to change the way Africans think about cancer.

Ameliorating the pains of cancer patients in Nigeria has to be through collective efforts. It requires policy-driven change; it requires commitments and support from the three tiers of government. It requires public support and active commitment to lend their voices to stop preventable cancer deaths.

At Project PINK BLUE, we are committed to stimulating Nigerian governments to make cancer a national health priority issue.

We are activating the general public to lend their voices to the fight against cancer.

Currently, we are advocating for Nigeria’s Federal Government to gazette and implement the act for the establishment of the National Institute for Cancer Research & Treatment passed by the National Assembly and signed by President Muhammadu Buhari in December 2017. We believe that this act will help to coordinate comprehensive cancer care in Nigeria.
